Ordering info

Ordering

Orders can be placed via our shopping cart or by emailing us directly. We do not take phone orders, nor do we give individual quotes over the phone, so if you require a specialised quote for a product different to what you see on our website, please email us.

As all of our products are made to order, we require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for all of our products. At certain times we may be fully booked in advance of this time, at which point we will advise accordingly via our homepage on our website and our voicemail message. Alternatively there may be times where we can fulfill smaller orders at shorter notice than this, but please contact us to confirm before you place your order.

Please note cookies, cookie favours, party boxes and Invitations have a minimum order of 12. Some Gift Boxes can be purchased individually.

Discounts may apply for orders over 150 cookies when ordered individually from the Cookies page.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made at time of ordering via Visa or Mastercard using our Paypal shopping cart services. We understand that some orders may be placed well in advance of the date the items are required and that you may not wish to pay at the time of ordering. In this instance please order via email and not our shopping cart. Deferred payments must be finalised within 7 days of the date your order is required. No products will be made until payment is recieved.

If you do not wish to pay via credit card we also accept cheques and bank deposit made payable to Oh So Sweet and sent to PO Box 3142, Balgownie, NSW, 2519. Same conditions apply.

We understand that some of our customers may not wish to use credit card facilities over the internet, and we accept cheque, money order and bank deposits as other payment options. Please email us your order if you wish to pay via these methods and we will send you details.

Cookies

Cookies can be delivered at a flat rate of $20 per delivery to the following destinations:

• Illawarra
• Central Coast, NSW
• Melbourne Metro
• Adelaide Metro
• Brisbane Metro

This delivery price applies to products in the cookie section only. Please see All Other Products for deliveries of cookie gifts and party boxes.

To ensure the best possible product, we will not deliver to destinations where delivery time is longer than overnight. If you live in an area outside of our standard delivery zone please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm delivery times with our courier.

All Other Products

Delivery cost for Invitations and tags is $6.50 and sent via Australia Post

Delivery cost for gift boxes is $10.00 where purchase is single box or for any purchases under $50.00. Otherwise normal cookie delivery charges apply ($20)

Sample Packs 

Sample Packs are available for all our single cookies. Samples are posted for $20 including delivery. You can chose two cookies shapes and/or bags or boxes and we will send them out in the colours of your choice. If you decide to go ahead with the order after you receive your samples, we will take $10 off your order. To receive this offer, you must email us the details of your order within 14 days of receiving the sample pack - please do not use our shoping cart facility for this.

Sample Packs do not include party boxes, gift boxes (where the products can be purchased individually), invitations or tags.

Delivery Terms 

Deliveries are packed and sent for you to recieve on Thursdays and Fridays only. If you are having an early to mid-week event, we suggest you request a delivery for the week prior.

Couriers deliver during business hours only. The address you choose for delivery must have someone present to recieve your parcel on the chosen date. If there is not someone present you may give us instructions to leave your parcel somewhere safe, however this is at your own risk. Instructions to leave a parcel must be given at least 2 days prior to your delivery date. Incorrect or incomplete delivery instructions may result in your parcel being delayed.

We take extreme care in packing your cookies for maximum impact, but there are factors out of our control that may cause breakages in transit. We recommend you order slightly more than you require to allow for the unexpected occurance of breakages. We don't want you to be left short of favours at the last minute. We cannot be held responsible for breakages that are out of our control, but will do our utmost to prevent them from occurring.

We use couriers for most of our deliveries. If you request a Saturday or Sunday delivery, a personalised delivery service is used and is charged depending on the distance from our base in Wollongong. This service is only available Sydney metro and Illawarra, NSW. This service may also be applied to very large orders, and we will advise of this as soon as possible after receiving your order.

No deliveries are made on or for Public Holidays.
