At Oh So Sweet, our aim is to make any occasion a sweet celebration!

Our Cookies

Oh So Sweet cookies are hand-made using only quality ingredients. Our shortbread cookies contain no preservatives, and therefore have a limited shelf-life (preservatives present in icing). We recommend eating your cookies within 3 weeks of purchase.

If you don't eat your cookies when you recieve them, please store them in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat and moisture.

We currently have 3 flavours of cookies to choose from: Vanilla Shortbread, Lemon Shortbread and Gingerbread. We are in the process of developing more flavours and will keep you posted via our website.

INGREDIENTS (Shortbread):

Flour, Egg, Sugar, Water, Vanilla, Lemon, Glucose, Vegetable Fats and Oils, Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Humectant (422), Colour (171), Preservative (202), Food Acid (260), Apricot Jam.

*Please note that although we do not use nuts or produce cookies in a workplace that produces nut products, there may be a chance that the ingredients we use may contain traces of nuts, soy and other seeds.

Refund/Exchanges

At Oh So Sweet, we aim to deliver the best possible product.

Oh So Sweet will gladly exchange or credit where goods:

• are faulty – this does not include breakages in the delivery process where the delivery is out of our control (courier deliveries)
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample or photo shown to you.
• If you're unsure of a product, please contact us prior to ordering, and we can discuss samples, sizes etc.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision.

Privacy/Security

When placing an order with Oh So Sweet, your details are collected by us and not reproduced in any way, or passed on to anyone.

We use Paypal for our credit card payments. We do not store your personal information for any purposes without asking for written consent first.

Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be tendered, sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.

Oh So Sweet does not store customer account details and prides itself on its discretion.
